Yes, there are minimum requirements to be able to produce customized products. As much as we want to make EVERYONE happy. We do have limitations on the quantity of items that have to be ordered when customizing items with your own graphics, colors, and logo.

In order to do special details like your own Pantone color or your own shape of something you need to order a larger amount. The amount varies product to product. But the larger your order the more special the details you can ask for. It doesn’t mean you can’t order your own colors. It just means the first time you order something if you are only getting 100pcs you will have limitations on what you can customize, but if you sell out of that product and come back and reorder a larger amount such as 1000 pcs you can usually do more special design and customization details.

Since the product we make is customized it will be unreturnable once the Bulk Order is placed. The good news is we have an approval process at each step. So you have many chances to review the customized product before you proceed to bulk. Once the final product is approved and the Bulk goods are ordered there is not option for return.
