Before we begin any projects I will require a contract or agreement to be signed by both parties. Once you’ve decided to move forward with one of my services, I will draft up an agreement to be reviewed and signed.
If you proceed with a package that generates an invoice from me, the Invoice will be submitted twice a month (Bi-Weekly). Invoices need to be paid in full within 15 days of date on invoice.
If you proceed with a package where you are purchasing goods to resale or use as promotional items, you agree you will be buying the goods at a wholesale price from me.
I request a 50% deposit at start of project to confirm you will be moving forward.
Balance of payment is due at time of shipment of developed goods. Goods will not be released to Client until balance is paid in full.
Licensing agreements are based on individual contracts.
In some cases there can be financing agreements set up. However if I am financing it, then we are working on my terms. The terms of any financing agreements will be outlined in the contract.
